Blue Cheese Stuffed Pears

Instructions

  1. Blend the cheeses, wine and butter in a food processor.
  2. Fill the pear cavities with the cheese mixture, mounding slightly, then refrigerate.
  3. Plate on lettuce leaves, garnish with nuts and grapes, and serve.
